Additionally, you will abstain from: (a) posting or spreading harmful code or viruses that could hinder the Services' operation; (b) mirroring, replicating, obtaining parts of, purchasing, or exploiting the Services; (c) pursuing personal data collection; (d) executing deceptive, fraudulent, or manipulative activities; (e) applying bots, crawlers, extraction programs, mechanical access systems, artificial intelligence technology (including autonomous agents), or similar tools to reach the Services; or (f) penetrating, defeating, or disabling authorization systems or additional protections restricting access. We reserve the privilege to freeze, restrict, or remove your account anytime, without advance notice, if you breach any Terms.

SECTION 14 - AUTOMATED AGENTS AND SOFTWARE TOOLS
14.1 The following provisions ("Agent Terms") apply if you employ, authorize, activate, or arrange for an Agent to access, use, or engage with Services. "Agent" signifies any program or system that functions autonomously or semi-autonomously for or per instruction of a person or organization and executes on a person's system without continuous control.
14.2 Any Agent accessing, using, or connecting with Services must, continuously, identify itself and conform completely to the guidelines in subsection 14.4. Additionally, if we instruct an Agent to cease access, it must comply without delay.
14.3 We may impose constraints, via technological implementations or other methods, on whether and how any Agent connects with Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) in all network communications, signal its presence as an Agent and declare its designation by appending to the request header: "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not disguise that operations stem from an Agent, such as through (a) replicating user behaviors and actions, or (b) solving or bypassing CAPTCHAs or human-identification barriers, (iii) give honest replies to inquiries determining whether communication is from a computer or person, (iv) not work around or prevent barriers designed to limit, obstruct, or manage Agent connection to Services.

SECTION 15 - AGREEMENT TERMINATION
We may discontinue this contract or limit your access to the Services (entirely or partially) whenever we choose without warning, and you continue owing all outstanding sums through the end date.
These provisions persist after termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Warranty Disclaimers, Liability Caps, Third-Party Defense, Severability, Waiver and Full Understanding, Transfer Limits, Legal Jurisdiction, Data Handling Guidelines, and clauses naturally enduring beyond termination.

SECTION 16 - WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

WE DO NOT ENSURE UNINTERRUPTED, PUNCTUAL, PROTECTED, OR MISTAKE-FREE USE OF THE SERVICES. CERTAIN AREAS MAY NOT PERMIT WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SECTION 17 - DAMAGE LIMITS AND LIABILITY CAPS
TO THE GREATEST DEGREE AUTHORIZED BY APPLICABLE LEGISLATION, Caldrestone, OUR PARTNERS, BOARD MEMBERS, LEADERS, TEAM MEMBERS, ASSOCIATED ENTITIES, ASSOCIATES, BUILDERS, PROVIDERS, LICENSEES, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS PARENT ENTITIES CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR BODILY HARM, LOSSES, GRIEVANCES, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, UNPLANNED, DISCIPLINARY, UNIQUE, OR SUBSEQUENT INJURY OF WHATEVER FORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT EXCEPTION BROKEN PROFITS, DIMINISHED INCOME, REDUCED RESERVES, LOST RECORDS, SUBSTITUTE CHARGES, OR PARALLEL INJURY, WHETHER ORIGINATING IN LEGAL DISPUTES, TORT LITIGATION (INCLUDING CARELESSNESS), STRICT OBLIGATION OR ALTERNATE FOUNDATION, ARISING THROUGH YOUR ENGAGEMENT WITH SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE OBTAINED THROUGH SERVICES, OR FOR DIFFERENT DISPUTES LINKED TO YOUR ENGAGEMENT WITH SERVICES OR ANY OFFERING, SUCH AS MISTAKES OR ABSENCES IN ANY INFO, OR HURT OR DAMAGE CREATED BY ENGAGEMENT WITH SERVICES OR ANY MATERIAL (OR OFFERING) DISTRIBUTED THROUGH SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE PREDICTED SUCH LIABILITY.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNITY OBLIGATIONS
You commit to shielding, defending, and releasing Caldrestone, Shopify, and our partner organizations, stakeholders, leaders, workers, associated entities, helpers, builders, patent holders, and suppliers from any expenses, obligations, or amounts owed by third parties due to or connected to (1) your noncompliance with these Terms or referenced records, (2) your violation of any statute or third party's rights, or (3) your engagement with Services.
We will alert you to defensible claims, although delay does not absolve your obligations except in case of material injury. We may manage and resolve such claims on your behalf, with counsel of our preference, though we will not accept settlements imposing requirements upon you without your approval (which cannot be unreasonably refused). You will collaborate in safeguarding indemnified complaints, including furnishing applicable materials.

SECTION 19 - PARTIAL INVALIDITY
Should any component of these Terms be judged unlawful, empty, or impossible to execute, that component remains enforceable as much as feasible, and the invalid portion is excluded from these Terms. Such judgment does not undermine the legitimacy of alternative remaining language.

SECTION 20 - FORFEITURE OF CLAIMS; COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING
Neglecting to exercise any entitlement or requirement in these Terms does not signify acceptance of such entitlement or requirement.
These Terms combined with relevant policies and operating guidelines constitute the sole understanding between you and us governing your Service engagement, replacing any earlier or concurrent conversations, understandings, or communications, oral or recorded, between us (including older versions of the Terms).
Ambiguous language in these Terms shall not be construed as favoring the initial writer.

SECTION 21 - TRANSFER RESTRICTIONS
You may not assign, redistribute, or hand over this contract or your obligations under these Terms to any party without authorization, and violations are null. We may transfer, designate, or hand over the Terms and our duties without notification or your consent.

SECTION 22 - LEGAL AUTHORITY AND VENUE
The Terms and additional assistance contracts are interpreted under the legislation and tribunals of the location where Caldrestone is based. Both sides agree to authority in those specific venues.

SECTION 24 - MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT

Material changes will be communicated per legal requirements and become effective on the stated date. Proceeding with the Services following any publication represents your consent to modifications.
