You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Returned items must be unused, in resalable condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and components.
Complimentary Return Shipping
Return shipping is free of charge. To start your return, send an email to contact@caldrestone.com. We will supply you with a prepaid return label along with detailed return instructions.

How Refunds Are Handled
Upon arrival and inspection of your returned item, we process your refund within 10 business days. The refund is credited back to your original payment method.
Missing or Delayed Refunds

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items
